Couldn’t be happier, after 2 months the edge is still razor sharp. Didn’t realize it when I bought it but the handle is perfectly contoured to my hand (right handed).

Great tool for the price. The bevel is great. There was one area that had a slight issue with the grind. The profile of the knife also has a issue at the tip. And the spine of the blade is very square and ruff. The blade comes fairly sharp, but I do recommend sharpening for a consistent edge.

This is a specialty knife at an excellent price. I say this with respect for the manufacturer: if you’re a professional sushi chef, you’re probably going to spend more on a different knife. For the home cook attempting to make sushi even occasionally, you’re going to have a hard time doing any better than this
